I have sent things back from BAngkok without problem before.
Unfortunately basing your decision on one or two people's experience is
not very helpful. For what its worth I would say that if you post from
Vietnam you have a 5% chance of it getting lost. If you post from
Bangkok you reduce your chances to say 2%. Of course thats just
piulling numbers out of the air - I havent seen any data, but it would
be my best guess as to the risks involved.
